Conferences

I speak at conferences and chair and facilitate away-days  and workshops. As an external facilitator I can help clients make most of the time available, keep the discussion on track, and ensure all delegates have the opportunity to participate.

Productivity Programme

In my experience most firms work below their potential. The ACL productivity programme is designed to improve performance and enhance profits.  The programme begins with a review of key metrics followed by regular training and coaching sessions. Firms can expect to see productivity gains and significant financial benefits. 

Director Roles

In addition to chairing ACL I am also Chair of NAHL Group plc, a non-executive Director of  Kuro Health Limited and a non executive director of the Royal Pavilion & Museums Trust.

Thought Leadership

I speak regularly at conferences around the world, and write articles, on the challenges facing the legal profession and how firms should respond. I feature in Simon Tupman’s book “Legal Eagles” that ‘profiles sixteen visionary lawyers from around the globe’, and Geoff Smith's book “Leading the Professionals – how to inspire and motivate professional services teams”. I have contributed a chapter on Project Management of a Litigation Assignment to the “Civil Litigation Handbook” published by the Law Society.
